ABSTRACT
Adenomatoid odontogenic tumor (AOT) is an uncommon of origin composed epithelium in a variety histoarchitectural patterns. Most cases are females and have striking tendency to occur the anterior maxilla. However, AOT maxillary antrum extremely rare. A 25-year-old female presented with large radiolucent lesion associated crown unerupted canine located antrum, which was clinically diagnosed as dentigerous cyst.
