ABSTRACT
Managing mild to moderate Class II malocclusion is a one of the common and major challenges orthodontists. discrepancies with mandibular deficiency during active growth are usually treated by myofunctional appliances. Fixed functional appliances evolved due noncompliance conventional This case report illustrates efficiency PowerScope in correction skeletal patient aged 13 years who has reported department chief complaint forwardly placed upper front teeth. jaw retrusion was initially MBT 0.022" prescription followed PowerScope. Pre-, mid- post-treatment cephalograms were obtained, cephalometric analysis performed. Stable successful results obtained substantial improvement facial profile, relationship, overall esthetic appearance patient. A significant forward displacement mandible principal element for malocclusion. provides best management, thus enables us treat such cases nonextraction approach rather than contemplating extractions.
