ABSTRACT
Psoriasis is a common, chronic, disfiguring, inflammatory, and proliferative condition of the skin. It manifests with varying degrees severity can be treated various immune modulators. This case report 57-year-old male patient psoriasis on long-term oral methotrexate, who developed methotrexate toxicity when given an injection for unstable psoriasis. After recovery, was started cyclosporine 100 mg twice day. week, he thrombocytosis, which reverted week after stopped. The currently being managed acitretin. aim this to emphasize unpredictable adverse reactions encountered during treatment psoriasis, especially combination or sequential used. There need caution, as late sequelae administration systemic agents used in are still unknown.
