Odontogenic keratocyst, which is developmental in nature, an intraosseous lesion though on rare occasions it may occur extraosseous location. The variant referred to as peripheral odontogenic keratocyst. Though, clinically, keratocyst resembles the gingival cyst of adults, has histologic features that are pathognomonic This article presents a case this uncommon entity.
