ABSTRACT
Carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma (CEPA) is a rare malignancy arising from primary or recurrent adenoma. Peak incidence seen in octogenarian females. Delay diagnosis of CEPA can be attributed to patients negligence owing mild nature symptoms. an aggressive tumor occurring mainly major salivary glands such as parotid and submandibular glands.
