ABSTRACT
Kimura's disease is a rare autoimmune of unrecognized etiology. Due to its unspecific clinical presentation and laboratory studies, diagnosis exclusion . A systematic multidisciplinary approach mandatory rule out the other common causes cervicofacial lymphadenopathy. thorough Histopathological examination including immunohistochemical analysis along with presence specific biochemical markers, raised Absolute eosinophilic count necessary conclude as Disease. In this article we present case middle aged Asian woman lymphadenopathy no associated illness. The above described protocol clinical, radiological histolopathological investigations was followed before establishing final Kimura's. review literature on contemporary management prognosis discussed.
