ABSTRACT
Introduction: This study was designed to examine the effects of addition combination polymerized polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and zirconia (ZrO 2 ) particles heat cure PMMA resin on impact strength, surface hardness, roughness. Methods: The 70% (w/w) powder (particle size: 0.70 µm) mixed with 30% (1 produce PMMA-ZrO filler. Ninety acrylic specimens created were divided into three groups containing 0% wt (Control group), 2% wt, 4% Ten used for hardness roughness test, blindly. Data analyzed via one-way ANOVA Tukey post hoc test using R 3.6.3. Results: There statistically significant difference among regarding (p < 0.001). Yet, nonsignificant found subject strength = 0.33). Post showed all pairwise comparisons as regards 0.05). Conclusion: incorporation filler did not improve (resistance during an unexpected blows or dropping). increased concentration-dependently.
