ABSTRACT Background: This study aimed to assess the effect of hydroalcoholic extract whole pomegranate fruit on Streptococcus mutans ( S. ) and Lactobacillus acidophilus L. its clinical dental plaque formation in 8–10-year-old children. Materials Methods: was conducted two phases vitro trial.
