ABSTRACT
Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) is used as a diagnostic tool, which aids in deciding the treatment plan various fields of dentistry. In endodontics, CBCT useful tool diagnosing apical periodontitis, resorptions, perforation, root canal morphology, traumatic injuries, and voids. The objective this study was to evaluate knowledge attitude practice interpreting endodontic using among endodontists.A cross-sectional questionnaire survey conducted endodontists. Overall, 97 participants were included containing 15 closed-ended questions administered participants. Descriptive statistics analyze data.On analyzing response questionnaire, it found that out participants, 24 had professional experience more than 10 years. About 57% preferred digital radiographic technique for diagnosis. Majority them aware identifying location, size, extent periapical lesions. 46% stated detecting voids, thrice significant compared with radiography. According 31% endodontists, not reliable detect vertical fracture. It 63% endodontists said they have undergone any training or workshop CBCT.This research revealed adequate skills are required procedure
