Charting a roadmap for heart failure research in India: Insights from a qualitative survey

Heart failure (HF) is emerging as a major health problem in India. The profile of HF India divergent from elsewhere the world. While cardiologists must equip themselves with requisite clinical management tools, scientists and policymakers would need epidemiological data on information resources required to meet challenges ahead. aim this study was identify lacunae suggest recommendations improve research.We surveyed multidisciplinary group experts using two stage process. An email-based survey conducted structured questionnaire, followed by an online discussion. prioritized convergence research inter-rater agreement values were calculated.
