ABSTRACT
We present a case of 69-year-old female with complains bilateral painful red eyes and blurred vision. The patient was treated elsewhere for allergic conjunctivitis then came here second opinion. diagnosed as anterior plus posterior scleritis based on clinical findings, optical coherence tomography (OCT), ultrasound B-scan reports. Thorough systemic evaluation the possibility infection vasculitis performed rheumatologist Topical steroids along cyclophosphamide were started after admitting diabetes monitoring. regained best corrected vision from 6/12 to 6/6 complete resolution OCT findings 15 days. This highlights importance thorough eye check-up including segment in all cases multi-disciplinary approach order achieve early remission episode.
