Recurrent vitreous hemorrhage secondary to retinal vessel avulsion

ABSTRACT
Spontaneous vitreous hemorrhage is a rare entity, present in 7 out of 100,000 inhabitants. It associated with different pathologies; however, it rarely reported to be caused by retinal vessel avulsion syndrome. In the manuscript, we report case vessels recurrent managed, at first, photocoagulation, but due several recurrence bleeding, patient went into surgical management.
