ABSTRACT
The presence of nurses at patients' bedside is regarded as an indication the quality care. There not enough evidence on facilitators nurses' cancer bedside.The present study aimed to investigate experiences factors facilitating their in oncology ward.In this qualitative study, data were collected using purposeful sampling and semi-structured individual interviews with 25 from two teaching hospitals Sari, Northern Iran, between 2016 2017. Interviews digitally recorded, handwritten, coded, classified, analyzed conventional content analysis approach.Data led development three main categories seven subcategories. first category, namely, "leverage spirituality" subcategories (motivational beliefs religious motives). "Being patient compassion commitment" second category (sense altruism compassionate care adherence profession). third "effective communication" (initial methods being patient, soothing communication, intimate communication).The results showed that spiritual beliefs, kindness, professional commitment establishing human-friendly relationships family would help unit have a more effective bed. It seems further studies are needed examine based severity illness.
