ABSTRACT
Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) were synthesized using ginger (Zingiber officinale) extracts in a green synthesis approach and evaluated their vitro cytotoxicity effect on the MDA-MB 231 breast cancer cell line. The bottom-up was employed to develop green-synthesized ginger-encapsulated ZnO-NPs (GZnO-NPs) without hazardous substances. most substantial Fourier-transform infrared absorption peak of root extract seen at 1634.24 cm-1. also confirmed presence extract-encapsulated 1556.79, 1471.54, 1019.83 It indicates that biomolecules found plant behave as capping agents, aiding formation nanoparticles. mean particle sizes (PSs) optimized GZnO-NPs ratios 1:2 be 104.01 ± 7.12 nm with zeta potential -11.5 1.31 mV. X-ray diffraction scanning electron microscope analysis prepared spherical crystalline, PS ranging from 100 150 nm. subjected MTT assay cellular migration potential, it inhibitory concentration (breast) line scratch area showed dose-dependent efficacy. successfully effectively induced death results inhibited proliferation cancerous cells.
