ABSTRACT
The periocular area is one of the initial parts face that show signs aging, where patients usually worry about visual manifestations such as sunken lower eyelid. condition caused by iatrogenic factors or involutional changes in area. This study aimed to develop and improve surgical methods fill eyelids examine their efficacy safety. included 26 who had been treated with musculofascial flap transposition method from upper eyelid, under posterior lamella. In presented method, a deepithelized triangular lateral feeding pedicle was transposed eyelid tear through depression. all patients, achieved either complete partial elimination defect. proposed defect soft tissues arcus marginalis can be considered useful if blepharoplasty has not performed previously orbicular muscle preserved.
