This study aimed to develop and improve surgical methods fill eyelids examine their efficacy safety. included 26 who had been treated with musculofascial flap transposition method from upper eyelid, under posterior lamella. In presented method, a deepithelized triangular lateral feeding pedicle was transposed eyelid tear through depression. all patients, achieved either complete partial elimination defect. proposed defect soft tissues arcus marginalis can be considered useful if blepharoplasty has not performed previously orbicular muscle preserved.
