ABSTRACT
Background: Neutrophil–lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is reported to be increased in various inflammatory conditions, but its significance RA remains unclear. The aim of this study was evaluate whether NLR can used as a simple tool for disease activity assessment rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Aim: assess the patients and compare between active cases those remission. Materials Methods: enrolled 150 diagnosed patients. Disease determined with Activity Score (DAS-28), correlation analyzed. Results: NLR, C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) were found significantly high Further, correlated positively CRP, ESR, worsening DAS score. Conclusion: Our concludes that become readily available cost-effective future.
