ABSTRACT
The goal of this study was to analyze the puncture routes imaging-guided thermal ablation for tumors hepatic caudate lobe.The 12 cases lobe were collected in our hospital from January 2013 February 2019. retrospectively analyzed, and experience therapy summarized.Among tumors, divided into anterior (through left liver) approach (six cases), right (five transthoracic (one case). Different electrodes selected according route method guiding. No serious postoperative complications noted.The is surrounded by inferior vena cava, vein, hilum, leading great difficulties risks performing minimally invasive treatment malignancies. Therefore, selecting an appropriate important factor success treatment.
