ABSTRACT
The lack of accuracy in embryo viability assessment methods still remains a challenge to increase the vitro fertilisation (IVF) success rate. chronological age and micro ribonucleic acid (RNA)-135b influence quality since microRNA-135b expresses stably spent culture media. Therefore, has potential become non-invasive biomarker IVF quality.(1) aim this study is determine expression distribution patients. (2) correlation between media patients. An observational was conducted Yasmin clinic. The data were collected from medical records 31 samples 11 patients taken on day 5 culture. We also basal sample as control group. analysed using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) analysis. The analysis performed IBM SPSS Statistics 25.The distributed abnormally. There significant positive with moderate statistical power MicroRNA-135b increased 4.9-fold than IVF.The followed by rise predict quality.
