ABSTRACT
To report a case of bilateral central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) associated with coronavirus-19 (COVID-19) infection.A 43-year-old man presented to the emergency department flu-like symptoms, severe erythema, rash on his face, and respiratory distress. He was admitted intensive care unit, reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction test positive for acute syndrome coronavirus-2 virus. The routine blood work unremarkable. dermatologist noted Nikolsky's sign, patient diagnosed Stevens-Johnson (SJS), which affected 18% body later confirmed by skin biopsy. Later, he reported worsening vision.Ophthalmic examination fundus fluorescein angiography showed CRVO. Despite best medical efforts, including treatment systemic dexamethasone remdesivir, died 6 days hospitalization.This rare CRVO SJS in young patient, probably caused COVID-19 infection.
