ABSTRACT
Organizing pneumonia (OP) is a clinical, radiological, and histological entity that classified under the group of interstitial lung diseases. The diagnosis OP based on characteristic pattern in presence certain clinical radiological features. We present four cases who presented with respiratory complaints several weeks duration. Skin lesions typical underlying connective tissue disorders were observed three patients, these confirmed biopsy. was computed tomography scan thorax all additionally histopathology pulmonary two cases. All patients responded well to steroids, but one patient died due failure.
