ABSTRACT
A BSTRACT Background: Root coverage procedures are very technique sensitive and require patients’ compliance for successful treatment outcomes. Post operative complications can influence acceptance of compromise further periodontal maintenance. Aim: The aim this study was to evaluate the frequency severity after a modified coronally advanced flap procedure. Methods Materials: total 78 were performed in 42 patients root coverage. Duration surgical procedure, history smoking, gender, age recorded each patient. questionnaire given every patient fill at first post week regarding their experience postoperative pain, swelling, bleeding.
