ABSTRACT
Traumatic brain injury is not an uncommon occurrence. These patients are managed for their acute symptoms. Behavioral disturbances, if any, acutely and blame usually put on differing causes. Our patient, a 37-year-old male, had history of alcohol use presented posthead with low serum sodium concentration. When management failed his behavioral symptoms, psychiatric consultation was sought. The patient recurrence symptoms post which he diagnosed suffering from organic mania. This case serves as reminder the prevalence manifestations. There need high index suspicion everyone treating traumatic injuries sequelae.
