ABSTRACT
Polymorphous light eruption (PMLE) is the most common photodermatosis. It belongs to category of acquired idiopathic photodermatoses. has been reported that in dark-skinned individuals, pinhead papular variant common. However, South India, we observe pigmentary changes are more commonly observed. Specifically, pattern consists hyperpigmented scaly plaques surrounded by hypopigmented papules. We report clinical and demographical characteristics 18 patients with such a pigmented PMLE.
