ABSTRACT
Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium is the dried mature pericarp of Citrus reticulata Blanco which can be divided into "Chenpi" and "Guangchenpi." "Guangchenpi" genuine Chinese medicinal material in Xinhui, Guangdong province; based on greatest quality least amount, it most expensive among others. Hesperidin used as marker to identify described Pharmacopoeia 2010. However, both contain hesperidin so that impossible differentiate them by measuring hesperidin. Our study aims develop an efficient accurate method separate from other Pericarpium. The genomic deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) all materials was extracted then internal transcribed spacer 2 amplified, sequenced, aligned, analyzed. The secondary structures were created terms database website established Jörg Schultz et al.
