ABSTRACT
Bilateral renal enlargement at the time of diagnosis acute leukemia is very unusual. More than half pediatric patients show features like hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, pallor, fever, and bruising diagnosis, however infiltration nephromegaly are common in advanced-stage patients. Here, we have described a rare unusual presentation Acute lymphoblastic leukemia, an 11-month-old male infant from Bangladesh who presented with bilateral along nodular skin lesion overhead. Initial peripheral blood film has normal findings USG abdomen report Wilm’s tumor but later on developed abnormal counts subsequently was made based bone marrow aspiration findings. Renal involvement should be considered child presenting unexplained or without function abnormalities.
