ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to investigate the role platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR)-neutrophil-to-lymphocyte (NLR) combination, in prediction presence Helicobacter pylori (HP) and its associated complications gastrointestinal system. In all, 1289 patients who underwent esophagogastroduodenoscopy biopsy for HP were included study. The with moderate severe chronic gastritis higher (+) group than (-) group. levels 1-3 atrophy intestinal metaplasia Compared group, had PLR NLR levels. high-risk compared low- medium-risk groups. invasion stage, level, level "3" Regression analysis showed that PLR-NLR combination an independent risk factor both gastritis. We found be a good predictor HP.
