ABSTRACT
Objective: The study objective was to investigate patients' attitudes toward clinical trial participation and the barriers participation. We also aimed estimate proportion of patients willing participate in trials.Methods: conducted a survey on who were scheduled have minor or major surgery at King Abdulaziz University Hospital between May 2018 December 2018. used questionnaire that comprised 27 multiple-choice questions assess knowledge Data analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences software.Results: recruited 200 patients, whom 123 (61.5%) male; 129 (64.5%) agreed they knowledgeable about importance researches, whereas 34 (17.0) reported had no its importance.
