ABSTRACT
The integration of high-penetration distributed resources has led to increased complexity and uncertainty in the unconventional risks distribution networks, posing higher demands on risk assessment networks. This paper proposes an method for flexible system based cloud model. Firstly, networks is constructed by considering probability occurrence severe consequences, improved AHP-entropy weight index weighting proposed. Then, model used quantitatively evaluate level system. variable employed replace traditional provide indicator evaluation information. inverse generator infer correct parameters, completed comparing with digital characteristics standard Finally, effectiveness proposed verified through example analysis a certain region China.
