ABSTRACT
Purpose: This study was performed to evaluate the relationship of expressions clusterin with Ki-67 and clinicopathological factors significance expression in human renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Materials Methods: Normal kidney (n=26) RCC tissues (n=111) were obtained from 111 patients who had undergone a radical or partial nephrectomy. The protein analysed using immunohistochemical staining. medical records retrospectively reviewed factors. Results: In contrast 30.8 11.5%, respectively normal (n=26), those 93.7 28.8% (n=111), (p 0.05). Furthermore, recurrence-free survival strong significantly lower than weak (p<0.05). Conclusions: These findings suggest that may be involved progression and; therefore, useful prognostic variable an RCC. (Korean J Urol 2007;48:244-251)
