ABSTRACT
With the growing plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) integrated into power grid, a large number of on-board batteries need to be charged via infrastructure such as dedicated charging station and parking lots. In this paper, control framework is proposed manage discharging by using vehicle-to-grid technology. order analyze effect PHEV grid corresponding coordinated strategies, paper describes simulation model. Initially, uncontrolled scenarios are performed. The load flow algorithm applied calculate distribution losses on 33-bus test system. results indicate inadequacy current system capacity for electricity demand from PHEVs. Therefore, an optimal derived minimize total real loss. Compared results, can achieve maximum loss reduction. Moreover, voltage drop at each node limited within tolerable range while tightened branch restrictions satisfied.
