ABSTRACT
Rabies virus is an enveloped negative-stranded RNA belonging to the family Rhabdoviridae. It can be successfully controlled by vaccination however, there are still tens of thousands deaths each year caused rabies due its mutations and complexity.A better understanding interaction between host might help solve this problem. Therefore, in study, we used two-dimensional electrophoresis investigate protein expression virus-infected mice. This us understand impact on during infection. For our experiment, was analyze differential proteomics brain 10-and 20-day-old suckling mice infected with attenuated strain SRV9.The results showed that levels 10 spots had been up-or down-regulated at least 2-fold.Using MALDI-TOF-MS, identified 8 differentially expressed proteins. We have proteins, namely hnRNP L, DPYSL3, NECAPs, transaldolase closely related susceptibility SRV9 mice.
