ABSTRACT
Dynamic fields visualization method of carbon-black (CB) volume fraction ΦCB distribution in Lithium-ion battery (LIB) cathode slurry has been proposed based on electrical resistance tomography (ERT) during the manufacturing process. The consists an impedance analyzer, a switching circuit, and imaging algorism, archiving to measurement speed 5 frames per second. In experiments, was visualized by lab-scale LIB equipment. To qualitatively evaluate images, those images are compared with scanning electron microscope (SEM) images. This comparison shows that consistent SEM addition, order quantitatively method, accuracy reconstructed is evaluated electromagnetic field simulations. As result, root mean square errors RMSE between known obtained less than 0.56%.
