This study was performed to establish and validate a nomogram for predicting the overall survival in children with neuroblastoma.The latest clinical data of neuroblastoma Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results (SEER) database extracted from 2000 2016. The cases included were randomly divided into training validation cohorts. curves drawn Kaplan-Meier estimator investigate influences certain single factors on survival. Then we constructed by using cohort 886 cases. Subsequently, validated internally externally 376 cases, respectively. internal revealed that area under (AUC) ROC 1-, 3-, 5-year 0.69, 0.78, 0.81, Accordingly, external also showed AUC all ≥0.69. Both methods demonstrated predictive consistent standard curves.The possess potential be new tool rate patients.
