Thus, this study aimed to evaluate safety and feasibility of DPS had a previous STG.A multicenter cohort was performed identify underwent DPS. Electronic medical data Clinical Data Warehouse from 7 representative high-volume centers 5 cities were retrospectively reviewed. A propensity score-matched analysis match no history upper abdominal surgery STG.Fourteen STG (STG group) studied matched 70 without any (non-STG group). All group preserved. most patients, vessel supplying left inferior phrenic There significant difference incidence stomach-related complications or length hospital stay between 2 groups. Our results suggest that could prior STG. However, it necessary carefully vascular structure preoperative imaging closely observe changes blue during operation.
