ABSTRACT
Introduction: Cross-training is effective in developing the physical abilities of athletes, but its short-term effects are little known among referees. The purpose this study was to determine a five-week cross-training block on performance soccer Methods: It carried out with 18 elite referees Benin, divided into two equal groups: one experimental group (EG) and other control (CG), respectively subject ordinary training. tests squat jumps, counter movement, isolated sprints over 10 m, 40 Illinois agility, capacity for repeated Yo-Yo IRT2 were before (M1) after (M2) Wilcoxon Mann Whitney U rank used comparisons between M1 M2, then EG CG.
