ABSTRACT
CD34+cells differentiated from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have a strong biological function in cardiovascular regeneration. However, the molecular mechanisms of and methods to improve CD34+ cell differentiation MSCs, especially human MSCs (hUC-MSCs) are still unclear. In current study, effect CD34 antibody on umbilical cord (UC)-derived is determined. The results demonstrated that expression cd34 protein significantly increased hUC-MSCs treated with antibody. addition, proliferation after treatment Moreover, PI3K, AKT, p-AKT proteins, which signaling molecules related differentiation, by suggest could promote into PI3K/AKT may be involved this important process.
