ABSTRACT
This study examines the implementation and characterization of a polymer matrix composite material reinforced by sugarcane residues. The aim is to enhance abundantly produced bagasse in form residues processing plants said sugar cane. developed takes into account size parameters mass load rate reinforcement, variations which are between 2.5 mm 4 respectively for first parameter 10% 25% second. on test tube during has random orientation. polyester matrix. cold compression moulding technique was used production various samples. Physical properties such as water absorption density assessed. three-point bending tests carried out with inducing Young's modulus from elaborate Analysis physical shows that increases residue load. average fibres estimated at 8% fiber 12% all composites. Mechanical reveals fragile behavior samples tested. decreases when fibrous regardless fibers.
