ABSTRACT
Curing of cement based products such as concrete and mortar, is very important to achieve good strength durable products. However the curing environment plays a pivotal role in overall quality terms development. ASTM C192 allows moist either fog room or under water. However, these must meet C511 which controls temperature, specifically for water curing, concentration calcium ions solution. Unfortunately many parts world, literally means tap This done primarily because there lack knowledge ignorance regarding mobility roll hydroxide process. To illustrate differences, this study, straight Type I/II Portland that mixed with powdered waste clay bricks extender were used prepare two different batches mortars. The chemical properties brick met C618 standard specifications Class N pozzolans. Both mortar specimens cured comprising lime saturated Mortar tested compressive at 3, 7, 14 28 days conditions. Test results indicated obtained higher than those fresh all ages curing. Statistical inference drawn from ANOVA testing showed conditions had significant impact on development blended unblended systems. study recommends samples other research related works be performed
