ABSTRACT
Objective: To establish the diagnostic concentration range of urine cystatin C and control level for patients with renal injury, to help promote establishment standardization detection. Methods: 150 specimens blood from kidney injury healthy people were collected, stored in refrigerator at -80°C later use. After they uniformly tested. Comparing difference between group group, application value diagnosis treatment was put forward. Results: The concentrations 1.04 ± 2.14 mg/L 1.94 2.36 respectively; 0.11 0.05 0.83 0.20 respectively. significantly higher than those group. Compared results two groups, t values 5.3210 5.7399, P is 0.0000; statistically significant; comparison that = 3.4600, 0.0003; 42.7744, 0.0000. By investigating whether it or controls, lower C. Conclusion: According this study, urinary mg/L. reference interval proposed study 0.06 - 0.16 mg/L, which can be established by comprehensive multi center research. Through a multi-center baseline established.
