ABSTRACT
The purpose of the study was to evaluate relationship between personal and organizational demands resources supported by Job Demands Resources (JD-R) model. 252 workers participated, 71% women, mean age 34 years (SD = 12) length service 28 months 16). Data collection online. Validity scales a sociodemographic questionnaire evaluated variables. One question perception general health. Descriptive statistics structural equations were performed for data analysis. results confirm model adequacy explain relationships phenomena. However, these are not generalizable. Organizations can take action improve employee engagement, reducing self-reports Interventions on resilience conflicts would influence levels health reports, bringing return institution well-being workers.
