ABSTRACT
Background: High data quality provides correct and up-to-date information which is critical to ensure, not only for the maintenance of health care at an optimal level, but also provision high-quality clinical care, continuing service research, planning management systems. For attainment achievable improvements in sector, good core. Aim/Objective: To assess level knowledge practices Community Health Nurses on Ho municipality, Ghana. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was employed study, using a standard Likert scale questionnaire. census used collect 77 Nurses’ information. The statistical software, Epi-Data 3.1 enter exported STATA 12.0 analyses. Chi-square logistic analyses were performed establish associations between categorical variables p-value less than 0.05 95% significance interval considered statistically significant. Results: Out studied, 49 (63.64%) had accuracy, 51 (66.23%) out studied poor completeness, 64 (83.12%) timeliness studied. Also, 16 (20.78%) 33 (42.86%) responded there no designated staff review feedback from directorate respectively. facilities practices, half (8, 50.00%) missing values copies their previous months’ report forms. More so, 10 (62.50%) reminders (monthly submission itineraries) facility level. Conclusion: Overall, general improving woefully inadequate. Therefore, need be given on-job training proper education its dimensions. should intensify continuous supportive supervisory visits all submitted.
