ABSTRACT
The effects of the traditional Chinese drug Jianpi Bushen Prescription (JBP) were investigated on expressions Wnt3a and Cyclin D1 genes in radiation-damaged mice. radiation damage model was induced Kumming mice by single total body irradiation treatment for 9 days. Mice divided into group, low-dose (100%) JBP high-dose (200%) or batyl alcohol group (positive control), which administered twice a day mRNA protein detected bone marrow mononuclear cells real-time polymerase chain reaction Western blot, whereas situ hybridization. significantly downregulated compared with all other groups (P < 0.05). positive cell rate expression number granulocyte macrophage colonies decreased relative to Furthermore, Wnt3a, cells, higher than In summary, plays protective role radiation-induced through activation signaling pathway, promotes transcription D1.
