ABSTRACT
Here, we aimed to clone and identify the GmIMT1 gene related salt stress response in soybean. The full-length cDNA sequence of was amplified soybean using degenerate primers Mesembrythmum crystallium. To understand response, cloned sequenced. Then, expression vectors were constructed, introduced into model plant Arabidopsis thaliana through Agrobacterium mediated transformation, tolerance analyzed transgenic plants. In addition, patterns analyzed. The examined different organs (roots, leaves, flower seeds, stem) under conditions (drought, high salt, low temperature, salicylic acid, ethane, abscisic methyl jasmonate) by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis. The results showed that root, ©FUNPEC-RP www.funpecrp.com.br
