ABSTRACT
15 (4): gmr15048863 its effectiveness for phenotype prediction. The proportion of genetic variance explained by the markers was also computed. The heritability traits, as determined markers, 16-28%.The predictive ability these ranged from 0.53 to 0.64, and regression coefficients between predicted observed phenotypes were close unity.Over 35% accounted markers.Accuracy estimates with GWS lower than those obtained phenotypic analysis; however, superior in terms gain per unit time. Thus, may be useful Citrus breeding it can predict early accurately, reduce length selection cycle. This study demonstrates feasibility genomic Citrus.
