ABSTRACT
Intracranial lipomas are uncommon congenital malformations that often asymptomatic. They very rarely seen in the inner ear. There a few case reports literature related to intravestibular lipoma. It was also defined internal auditory canal and cerebellopontine angle. We present here of an ear lipoma diffusely infiltrated cochlea, vestibule semicircular canals. To our knowledge, this is first reported literature.
