Study on herbal drugs of glycosides in brain

Many active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine exist the form of glycosides. In recent years, problem low bioavailability glycosides has caused wide public concern. Glycosides and their metabolites organization distribution directly affect glycosides' curative effect after different ways administration. With reports for prevention treatment brain diseases increasing, research tissue is particularly important. According to reports, widely distributed tissues, some can reach brain, but not. This reviews on role diseases, dosage form's brain. So it provide a reference period such drug development.
