ABSTRACT
Coptidis Rhizoma and Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix represent hot Chinese medicine cold respectively. The purpose of this study is to observe the differentiation effect on lewis lung cancer compare tumor progression. In study, rat serum containing or was prepared treat cells in vitro, effects cell differentiation, proliferation, adhesion, succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) activity gap-junction intercellular communication (GJIC) were investigated. vivo, subcutaneous implant model pulmonary metastasis established. Tumor bearing mice taken water decoction coptis chinensis aconite by intragastric administration bid for four weeks, influences progression evaluated body temperature, blood oxygen saturation, red ATPase, rheology, intratumor hypoxia, capillary permeability GJIC. results showed that could induce inhibit proliferation migration, promote SDH GJIC cells. increased adhesion decreased without although it also suppressed proliferation. keep ATPase improve mice, which led slower growth less metastasis. rheology GJIC, promoted hypoxia permeability, resulted more prevented growth. These suggested prevent poison invagination, better treatment than medicine.
