ABSTRACT
Sheet metal forming is a process where pieces of sheet are modified to their geometry rather than removing any materials. Major problems in operations the spring back effect and deformation errors. Spring very complicated behaviour not easy predict through mathematical models. It can only be controlled minimised but quite difficult eliminated. Different types materials used for aluminium mild steel its capabilities other properties. In this work, an experimental investigation stainless-steel sheets with two different thicknesses carried out using V bending machine under dry wet environment. The grid analysis method will stress-strain stress vs strain graph plotted. A Taguchi based optimization technique find optimum parameter combination variance (ANOVA) most significant factor.
