ABSTRACT
Objective: To evaluate the clinical features and perinatal outcomes of antenatally diagnosed fetuses with omphalocele gastroschisis. Material Methods:This was a retrospective, single-center, cohort study prenatally gastroschisis followed-up delivered at university hospital.Demographic, pregnancy, birth were compared between omphalocele. Results: A total 75 21 cases evaluated. The mean maternal age women carrying fetus significantly higher than (p=0.001).Associated structural anomalies found in 53.3% 4.7% gastroschisis, respectively (p<0.001).The rate chromosomal anomaly 8.3% pregnancies omphalocele. In liveborn pregnancies, gestational delivery weight did not differ groups.Time to postoperative oral intake, duration parenteral nutrition length hospital stay longer babies (p<0.01).Rates termination, intrauterine, neonatal infant death 25.3%, 6.7%, 10.7% 2.7% respectively.Time hospitalization complex simple (p<0.01).Survival rates 95.2%, 82.9% 20% isolated non-isolated omphalocele, respectively. Conclusion:Associated more common those gastroschisis.Prognosis depended on associated anomalies, whereas bowel compromise main determining factor gastroschisis.(
