ABSTRACT
Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the long-term clinical, functional, and radiological outcomes operative nonoperative treated patients with thoracolumbar fracture. Materials Methods:Between January 2016 December 2021, data hospitalized in our clinic due (T11-L2) fracture were collected analyzed.Results: Two hundred eighteen met inclusion criteria.One thirty eight (63.3%) operated 80 (36.7%) nonsurgical methods.The duration follow-up ranged from 13 82 months.There a significant difference between first admission oswestry disability index (ODI) visual analog scale (VAS) final visit ODI VAS when both treatment evaluated separately together.The scores at last control significantly lower than initial (p<0.001).When level compared VAS, observed score (p=0.03).The highest T11 fractures lowest L2 fractures.There correlation "Anterior Vertebral Body Compression Percentage %" four-vessel cerebral angiography (p<0.001). Conclusion:Patients high vertebral depression low functionality operated, regardless protocol, pain decreased increased all patients.The height corpus affects angle kyphosis, surgical management is needed for kyphotic deformity.Patients more painful.
